Can i edit project after submission (not the hackathon submission)?

Hey, would like to improve project description a bit, and forgot to upload a cover image. Can i do that during judging period?

    Hello Ronen,
    Edits to submissions are not permitted after the submission due date as the project will become ineligible. After the winners are announced, you can update your project if you'd like.
