How active is Monday's developers (creators) team?

I'm sure Monday's developers/creators/support team are all quite busy. But still, the lack of activity is disappointing. I posted two questions in "Monday Apps & Developers" community thread, 7 days ago and 11 days ago - no answers.
My trial account expired, I sent a request to upgrade more than a week ago - no answer.
I posted issue in monday-sdk-js Github more than 12 days ago - no answer.
All this makes my enthusiasm to build Monday app go down...

    Thanks guys! Yes, my github issue was closed.
    community asked questions: first one is answered!
    and another is answered https://community.monday.com/t/order-of-events-and-changing-ids/9301/2 but there is some confusion, I added there more details, hope this will get more sense in the next answer.
    My trial is extended, so I can get back to working on my app. Thanks again!
